A tea ceremony is a tea-tasting experience rooted in traditional Chinese tea culture.
Through meticulously arranged tea sets, carefully selected tea leaves, and the guidance of professional instructors,
it allows you to find a sense of peace and focus amidst a busy life.
TADAMA Tea Ceremony Experience
Led by professional instructors from TADAMA, each tea session includes:
- Comprehensive guidance from instructors on tea origins, characteristics, and brewing techniques
- Hands-on experience with proper tea-brewing methods and preparation rituals
- Tasting of selected TADAMA teas to experience a range of aromas and flavor profiles
-Tea Appreciation: Tea Ceremony Performance
Composed of three parts: tea tasting notes, blind tasting challenges, and daily tea ceremony practice.
Students record tea types, water temperatures, tea ware, pouring techniques,
and five sensory descriptions (observing tea liquor color, smelling dry and wet aromas, tasting, sensing bodily reactions, and evaluating spent tea leaves).
Through observing spent tea leaves, aroma profiles, and tasting,
students blind-identify semi- and fully-fermented tea varieties in silence, without using mobile phones.
Students independently complete a tea service demonstration with a focused mind.
