This website (www.tadamahk.com) is operated by "Tadamahk" ("we"). These Terms and Conditions apply to your browsing and use of this website, and transactions involving the purchase of goods or services. By using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Registration
By registering, you acknowledge your ability to form a legally binding contract. You agree to provide true, accurate, up-to-date, and complete information and to keep it updated.
2. Orders
When you submit an order, it signifies your purchase of the goods at the specified price. Once an order is submitted, we will process it immediately, therefore cancellation is not possible. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including, but not limited to, product shortages, inability to arrange delivery, or incorrect price labeling. If we need to cancel an order, we will notify you by email and arrange a full refund within ten business days.
3. Products
The product photos and images displayed on this website are for reference only and may differ slightly from the actual product size, dimensions, or color. We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to our products without prior notice.
4. Prices and Payments
All items are priced and charged in Hong Kong dollars. Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay. The credit card used for shopping must be in your own possession.
5. Delivery

• Delivery services will be subject to change depending on the logistics company during public holidays, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or when a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect.
• Most products will be shipped within 3 working days. • Once the goods arrive at the delivery address you provided, they are considered delivered to you. You assume all subsequent risks associated with the goods after delivery.
6. Promotional Codes and Coupons
Promotional codes, discount codes, and coupons are only valid for a single purchase and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. If an order is cancelled, the relevant discount code will be invalidated without compensation.
7. Liability
You are solely responsible for any losses incurred during the transmission of payment information. We assume no legal liability for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from browsing and using this website, whether or not due to our negligence.
8. Intellectual Property
No material on this website may be altered, modified, distributed, or copied without our prior written consent.

In the event of any dispute, Zhishan's decision shall be final and binding. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
